Pricing questions

Why two ways to pay?

Because training isn’t constant. A company that hires two people a year shouldn’t pay for a year of software it uses for two weeks. Per person covers that. For a company with up to 25 people on the ERP, unlimited costs less once you train about 9 people a year; the calculator on this page works it out for your size.

What counts as a person?

Anyone who starts a lesson, test or skills check. On per-person pricing, each person has 90 days of every track from the day they start. On a yearly plan, everyone on your team can train, as often as you like.

What is a team skills check?

A manager picks a department and a module, and everyone in it sits that module’s exam with no lessons first. The report shows who can already do the work and which mistakes the team makes most. Passing certifies the person, so experienced staff skip lessons they don’t need.

Can we start small and switch?

Yes. Start per person. If you move to a yearly plan in the same year, what you spent on per-person training in the last 12 months is credited toward it.

What does the setup fee cover?

Loading your customers, items, vendors and stock so practice uses your own names, setting up your departments and tracks, and a kickoff call with your managers. It’s $1,500 once, and it’s waived on multi-year plans.

Can we try it first?

Play a sample lesson on this site any time, no signup. For your own team and data, a 60-day pilot is $1,500, credited in full if you continue.

Five minutes on the demo will tell you more than this page can.

Play a real lesson, take the scored test, then see what your manager would see.
