The real screens

  • Tracks by department

Each department has default tracks. New people get the modules with staggered due dates, and a manager sees only the departments they manage.

  • Due-soon and overdue alerts

In the app and by email, checked hourly. Nudge sends one reminder, at most once per person every 20 hours.

  • Team skills checks

Test a whole department on a module without the lessons first. The report shows who can already do the work, and what the team gets wrong.

  • Every attempt, not just the score

The debrief the trainee saw, each check passed or missed, and every save they made, in order.

  • What the team gets wrong

Missed checks ranked across the team, with what each mistake costs, so coaching goes where it matters.

  • Readiness you can report

Progress by module, by department and by scenario, time to competency, an audit log, and CSV export of everything.

Play a lesson first
An attempt report as a manager sees it: score 63, the wrong unit of measure explained with what it would have cost, and the checks.
Reports: missed due dates, progress by module, by department, scenarios, missed checks and time to competency.
Learning paths grouped by department, each track with its numbered modules.
